Board of Directors

It is the maximum government organism at the University.

The Board of Directors is formed by representatives of the University’s educational community, as well as by individuals who belong to community organizations that are linked to it.

The responsibilities of the board members include: making sure that the vision and mission statements of the institution are implemented, approving the budget, electing the Rector, establishing the guidelines and basic strategies of the institution, and supervising the implementation of the strategic plan.
